Booking Policy

To secure your booking, we charge NON-REFUNDABLE deposits both online and in salon. Your deposit will be deducted from your treatment balance in salon. For all online bookings, you are required to pay a 50% deposit. For all appointments 45 mins and over made in salon or over the phone you are required to pay a $50 deposit. Cancellations, reschedules or no shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.
